Never, Ever Give up!


For 15 years,
doctors told me I would never walk unassisted again.
I accepted this as fact.

I was a 47-year-old disabled Veteran and I had basically given up.
I was injured as a paratrooper in the Gulf war.
Too many jumps took its toll on my back and my knees.
I gained weight, a LOT of weight.

Wouldn't you have given up too?
I couldn't walk or run.
Exercise seemed impossible.

Most Yoga instructors turned me away.
All but one. 　　　
He didn't know me.
But he believed in me when no one else did.

I fell many times but I got back up.
I started to believe it could happen.
I lost 100 pound in 6 months!

But, more importantly...
They were wrong.
It was possible.

Never underestimate what you can accomplish
when you believe in yourself.

Never Give Up.
I lost 140 lbs in 10 months.
